Panels from 600 x 600 mm to 3,200 x 1,300 mm or 6,000 x 2,600 mm and a thickness of 5 to 120 mm are cut, milled, drilled and marked with computer support.

Complete processing of cross laminated timber and glulam

With the PBA-Industry it is possible to machine large parts such as wall-, floor- or roof elements effectively and accurately to the millimetre. The individual equipment of the machine according to customer requirements enables the most diverse materials to be machined. This includes solid wood, glulam, cross laminated timber (glue, nails and dowel) and sandwich elements.

Format CLT elements and finish processing them on the underside

Depending on the equipment and tool, the UFA machining centre can be used to format panels on the end face and long sides and produce rebates, grooves and openings on the underside of the panel.
