K2-Industry sets completely new standards in performance and flexibility for structural timber joinery. Processing cross sections from 20 x 50 mm to 300 x 450 mm (optionally 650, 1,300 mm) at any length.

For high SPEED processing of solid timber components

The Speed Cut was developed for quick and precise cutting as well as for the processing (drilling, milling, slotting, marking, ink-jet printing) of solid and engineered timber components.The modular design means that the standard machine can be upgraded at any time and equipped with additional units. High-performance cutting for all areas of woodworking

The TURBO-Drive is the right answer when fast and flexible cutting is required. In addition, the machine can carry out drilling and milling work and markings of all kinds. The heart of the machine is the flexible saw unit which can make cuts at any angle and inclination.

The new dimension in panel processing

The SPM-2 Speed Panel Machine from Hundegger a machine that is truly unmatched. The innovative through-feed concept feeds the raw material and automatically ejects the pre-finished panels. The machine handles panel thickness from 5 mm up to 120 mm in various raw materials e.g. drywall, fibre cement, insulation and wood based material. Depending on the chosen setup the SPM-2 offers several processing steps such as cutting, milling, drilling, notching and ink-jet marking.

Complete processing of cross laminated timber and glulam

With the PBA-Industry it is possible to machine large parts such as wall-, floor- or roof elements effectively and accurately to the millimetre. The individual equipment of the machine according to customer requirements enables the most diverse materials to be machined. This includes solid wood, glulam, cross laminated timber (glue, nails and dowel) and sandwich elements.

Format CLT elements and finish processing them on the underside

The UFA-Industry panel processing machine is designed for formatting and machining CLT elements with a thickness of up to Z = 30 cm, a maximum width of Y = 360 cm and a length of X = 16 m with no restrictions regarding end-face operations. Depending on the equipment and tool, the UFA-Industry machining centre can be used to format panels on the end face and long sides and produce rebates, grooves and openings on the underside of the panel.

Planing and chamfering structural timber without pre-setting!

Planing structural timber (fully automatic sensing or timber sizing) and chamfering of the roof lath up to the heavy purlin without presetting and re-tooling using automatic cross section scanning, linear measurement and pre-positioning of all units as well as feeds.
