The PBA-Industry panel processing machine is designed for cutting and machining CLT elements with a thickness of up to Z = 40 cm, a maximum width of Y = 3.66 m and a length of X = 16.50 m. The machine is equipped according to respective specific operating requirements. Units and options can be retrofitted at any time.

RAPID PROCESSING WITHOUT MANUAL SETUP
The individual machine equipment based on customer requirements enables a wide variety of wood materials, such as e.g. solid wood, laminated girders, cross laminated timber, multi-layer panels, etc., to be machined. Clamping of the parts is usually not necessary. With the appropriate equipment, the parts can also be placed in any position. The position of the parts is then determined with a laser pointer and automatically calculated by the program. The crosshairs of the laser pointer are captured by a camera and displayed on the screen for the operator. The fully automatic part measurement for curved parts or parts lying on the table is optional.
