In the unlikely event you need immediate assistance, we offer direct local telephone or video support from 06:00 to 18:00 (AEST) to all our customers in Australia and New Zealand. Our German based colleagues can then take over for the remainder of the evening. When you call us, we can access your machine remotely and examine first-hand any issues. Our highly trained Service Technicians can also access the exact configuration of your machine locally on our system to assess any specific challenges you may experience. All Hundegger machines also have the capability to create a detailed diagnostic file which is automatically forwarded to us to get you going again – fast.
