The innovative CAMBIUM® multi-panel operation enables parts of varying cross-sections and dimensions to be grouped efficiently on the processing table and produced together in one production lot with minimal waste.

THe compact and powerful 5-axis spindle unit offers performance of 35 kW and continuous speed control from 0 to 12,000 rpm. This allows the optimum use of both large tools, such as saw blades, at low rotational speeds, as well as smaller end mills, which require high rotational speeds for optimal performance.
With the 3-axis milling and drilling units, our system offers maximum flexibility and efficiency. They help you extend your machining options, while at the same time contributing to optimized production times.
The TORNADO cleaning system, which can travel on the gantry or be installed as a stationary unit at the outfeed, effectively removes chips and dust from your parts. Even the deepest pockets and machined areas are thoroughly cleaned by the three-way system to ensure maximum cleanliness and quality in production.
The gantry of the PBA-X and the tool holders move over the parts in the X and Y direction on high-quality linear guides and thus form an optimum connection between tool frame and the rail transport system. To prevent sawdust from entering, all linear guide carriages are excellently protected by special seals.. To minimize maintenance and maintain continiuos production the machine is equipped with a fully automatic central lubrication system.

SMART DYNAMIC PROCESSING TABLES
Flexibility and efficiency are decisive factors for the success of modern production processes. A smooth flow of material plays a central role here. The innovative PBA-X processing tables combine smart technology with robust design and can thus be optimally adjusted to your specific production requirements.
Stationary table system
The fixed part supports can be effortlessly moved along a rail and are equipped with a practical quick-clamp function. This combination provides for fast and flexible setup and production.
Processing tables with castors
Driven rollers over the entire machine zone enable parts to be fed in and ejected automatically. This guarantees a smooth and constant material flow without manual intervention.
Efficient handling with the vacuum tabletop – precision thanks to smart technology
Heavy-duty rollers ensure effortless feeding, enabling your parts to be positioned automatically, quickly and accurately. A panel is lifted by up to 400 mm and securely fixed by vacuum on the table, while the pods are automatically lowered if required to allow machine access.
Intelligent part handling – efficiency at the highest level
The intelligent CAMBIUM® control system in combination with the smart vacuum tabletop complete practically all machining operations for you in just a single clamping operation. For optimum efficiency, adjacent parts are automatically lowered, if required. Maximum precision – minimum intervention.
