It has been 18 years since Theurl Austrian Premium Timber put its first joinery machineinto operation at its glulam plant, thereby entering the industrial joining business. Since then, the East Tyrolean family business has had enough time to establish itself as a reliable partner for timber construction companies and to gradually become a complete supplier of numerous important timber construction products as well as a provider of related services. In Assling, near the company’s own sawmill and headquarters, bar-shaped timber construction elements, such as glulam components, ceiling elements, log house planks and stacked board elements, are produced. At the recently built Steinfeld site, the product portfolio is complemented by cross-laminated timber.
Revamped joinery center
